A processing specialist is needed at the level of Senior lecturer with expertise in Meat processing and technology for a permanent appointment.

The SENIOR LECTURER candidate at the University of Venda, South Africa should have:
At least 5 years teaching experience in a tertiary institution or 7 years professional experience in the relevant field.
At least 5 publications in Department of Higher Education and Training (DHET) accredited, peer reviewed journals.
