Hearty congratulations to an ICON and Fellow of NIFST of no mean repute, a strong hold, flag bearer and Past Chapter Chairperson of Western Chapter, was recently appointed as a member of the working committee on Food Security by the incoming administration in Ogun State.

In similar vein, other NIFSTers, Prof. Kola Adebayo of the Faculty of Agric Extension and Rural Development, Federal University of Agriculture, Abeokuta and Dr. Yemi Alatise of the department of Food Science & Technology at the Federal University of Technology, Akure were appointed by Ogun and Ekiti state government, respectively in different capacities.
