Two great leaders of Nigerian Institute of Food Science & Technology (NIFST) in persons of Prof.O.C. Aworh a distinguished Fellow of NIFST and IUFoST the global excellence of Food Science; & Prof. Lateef Sanni the DVC Dev FUNAAB and Fellow of NIFST have done us proud again.

At the World Congress of International Union of Food Science & Technology (IUFoST) Prof Ogugua Aworh was recognised yesterday in Mumbai India with an award of excellence for his excellent presentation and moderation of Post-Harvest Loss Reduction in food systems.

…..and in CIAT Columbia, Past president of NIFST and the Cassava value chain Ambassador of our dear country Prof. Lateef Sanni was elected as the President of the International Society for Tropical Agriculture (ISTRC).
