This is contained in a release by the Local Organizing Committee of the 5th Regional Food Summit of Abuja Region of Nigerian Institute of Food Science & Technology (NIFST).

The Sub-themes of the Summit are:

1. Mycotoxins Contamination in Food Value Chain: The Impact and Control Measures.
2. Trending Biotechnology Tools for Reduction of Food Safety Hazards.
3. Policy Development for Promoting Food Safety in Nigeria: Challenges        and Prospects.
