The conference held in two segments, “Victoria Ojo Memorial Essay Competition” an annual essay/debate competition among secondary schools in Lagos to immortalize the late assistant secretary of the Chapter. The topic for this year was ‘ECOMONIC IMPACT OF COVID 19 PANDEMIC ON FOOD AND AGRICULTURE IN NIGERIA’. The other segment of the event was the NIFST Day celebration. Guest Speakers were Mrs Simidele Onabajo, Technical Adviser to DG NAFDAC who spoke on ‘Food Security amidst World Pandemic’ and Mrs Justina Balogun, Head, Women in Agriculture & Nutrition, Lagos State Agricultural Dev. Authority (LSADA), with the topic ‘Opportunities in Food & Agro- Processing in Nigeria’. Please find below downloadable copies of the presentations.
