Call for Nominations For 2019 Lifetime Achievement and Young Researcher Excellence Awards
April 2019 – The International Union of Food Science and Technology (IUFoST) is now accepting nominations for the 2019 Lifetime Achievement and Young Researcher Excellence Awards.
The Lifetime Achievement Award honors an individual for pre-eminence in and contributions to the field of food science and technology over his/her career. The individual will have made significant contributions to scientific knowledge with impact in the field.
The Young Researcher Award recognizes an individual in the initial phases of her/his career for the potential to make outstanding scientific contributions and the potential for future scientific leadership.
The 2019 Awards will be presented during Fi Europe to be held in Paris 3-5 December 2019. The winners will be announced by 30th September.
The Nigerian Institute of Food Science & Technology (NIFST) hereby calls for nomination from her entire membership atmosphere (academia, industries, research institutes, hospitals, government agencies etc.
