The Food Forum Magazine (a publication of the Nigerian Institute of Food Science and Technology) is an annual publication featuring different topics related to food and allied industries; it also features the major experiences of Food Scientists, Technologists, Allied Professionals in the Food Industries, Government Parastatals, SMEs and Research Institutes.

The Magazine’s Theme for this year (2015) is “SMALL AND MEDIUM SCALE INDUSTRIES; PATHWAY TO AGRIBUSINESS TRANSFORMATION”.
