The Nigerian Institute of Food Science and Technology, Lagos Chapter emerged the winner of the “Most Innovative and Active Professional Body in Nigeria” award at the Nigeria Media Nite Out Awards ceremony held on Sunday, 29th October 2023 at the renowned Lagos Airport Hotel, Ikeja, Lagos.
In attendance to receive the award was the NIFST Lagos chapter team led by the chapter Chairman- Mr. Olugbenga Aina alongside, Vice Chairman – Mrs. Kikelomo Amoreoluwa, LOC Chairperson – Mrs. Alaba Idowu, Mr. Akeem Olowoporoku, and Mr. Rasaq Oke.
This award marks additional accolades of a shiny feather to identify the institute’s stride of making a community impact in the area of Food Safety, Nutrition, and Food security.
The institute appreciates the organizers of the “Nigerian Media Nite Out Award” for their significant contribution to the media space and recognition of our giant stride.
