The Basic & Advanced HACCP Certification Courses are designed for individual (s) working in the Food and other allied industry who want to earn HACCP Certification. This 3 – day Basic HACCP Certification will teach participants how to Develop, Implement and Manage the Hazard Analysis and Critical Control Points (HACCP) system. The Advanced class teaches Verification, Validation and Auditing of the HACCP system as designed by Codex Alimentarius. Both courses are accredited by the International HACCP Alliance (IHA), USA and the curriculum for each class provides participants with real-world insights and practical advice from industry experts.
